Academy Bank

This award showcases an organization that consistently drives process advancements and performance throughout the talent journey, resulting in enhanced efficiencies, optimized resources and a better experience for candidates and employees. Academy Bank is a family-owned bank that serves the financial needs of consumers, businesses and its communities. To support its talent, Academy Bank worked with ADP to unify its HR processes in one system, which helped to streamline recruitment and onboarding and more effectively meet employees’ needs.
