(“Digihost” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq / TSXV: DGHI), an innovative energy infrastructure company that develops cutting-edge data centers, is pleased to announce that it has filed a notice of name change to “Digi Power X Inc.” with the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”). As part of the name change, effective at the start of trading on March 6, 2025, Digi Power X Inc. will commence trading on the Exchange under the new symbol “DGX” and continue to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “DGHI”.
