Quad Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend

SUSSEX, Wis.
, Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) (“Quad” or the “Company”), a global marketing experience company, announced today that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the quarterly dividend on the Company’s common stock from $0.05 per share, or $0.20 per share on an annualized basis, to $0.075 per share, or $0.30 per share on an annualized basis.

The new $0.075 quarterly dividend is payable on March 14, 2025, to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2025.
